Meet Katrina Jo…
Born and raised in Fremont, California, Katrina Jo is the kind of powerhouse who makes balancing creativity, culture, and strategy look like an art form—and in her case, it is. With nearly two decades of experience spanning the worlds of entertainment, marketing, and content creation, she’s built a career that’s equal parts substance and intention.
Katrina’s work reads like a highlight reel of iconic collaborations: from the NBA and NFL to Reebok, HBOMax, and Moët Hennessy, she’s had a hand in shaping some of the culture’s most memorable campaigns. She’s worked alongside legends like Missy Elliott, partnered with global festivals like ULTRA and Taste of Soul, and brought brand activations to life for everyone from Amazon Prime to BET. Her secret? A rare ability to make a brand not just seen—but felt.
For over 15 years, Katrina made her mark in spirits and entertainment marketing, including a seven-year run at Moët Hennessy in Los Angeles where she led influencer strategy, event production, digital storytelling, and culture-first campaigns. In 2022, she took things up a notch and joined the Moët Hennessy USA Brand Team at LVMH as the Brand Activations and Experience Manager at Hennessy. Today, she oversees national brand experiences at Hennessy ensuring each one isn’t just an event, but a cultural moment.
Outside the boardroom, Katrina is the Co-Founder and co-host of The Brand Bar podcast—a marketing fix where strategy meets storytelling for entrepreneurs ready to raise the bar and their brands. She’s also the brains behind a platform that teaches creatives how to build irresistible pitch decks, and the producer of Have the Conversation: From Idea to Ideation, a thought-provoking panel series with Soho Warehouse designed to spotlight and amplify the voices of entrepreneurs of color.
Her roots run just as deep as her resume as Katrina proudly serves on the Board of F.A.C.E. (Filipinos Advancing Creative Education), where she works to empower the next generation of Filipino creatives and changemakers.
Simply put: Katrina Jo is more than a marketer—she’s a cultural architect, a visionary strategist, and a woman redefining what it means to lead with purpose, power, and a commitment to lifting others as she climbs.
PITCH DECK
/piCH,dek/
(noun)
A pitch deck is a presentation deck that is used to pitch your idea or company to any number of audiences, generally investors.
One of the single most important aspects of an effective pitch deck is to organize it based on the audience and forum to which it is being presented.
You want to be able to give a brief presentation that gives potential investors or clients an overview of your business plan, products, services, and growth traction.
